! She placed a photo walk through of my house online and showings were booked for all day each of the first two days after the photos were posted. She priced the house to attract the most bids and I received an acceptable bid above the asking price within 24 hours after the house was listed. She walked me through the whole process until our successful closing. I highly recommend her.

She diligently worked with us for over a year in a really tough market for first time homebuyers! She would do anything to make a deal work for us and have the best offer we could have on the table. There was so few inventory and battling against investors because tiring but nonetheless Misti was always there (at literally any time of day) to answer questions, get a showing in, or write up an offer. She was also so sweet and understanding of our 4 young kids running around countless houses and our family’s needs. I cannot recommend her enough! She had an Open House on the 3rd day after listing, and it was a huge success. We had around 40 people to show up. We had multiple offers, signed a contract, and started the process of dealing with the purchase of our new home. Purchase of New Home The builder set a closing date for our new home and was not able to meet the requirements necessary to close on that day. The builder wanted to reschedule it for 7 days later. Misti took charge of the closing schedule and was able to get it done the following day. She was very instrumental in making everything flow smoothly and close in a timely manner.
